You must first add the regular design on on the short sleeve unisex Tshirt.
Then ADD this selection to your cart, selecting the Unisex Size of the sweatshirt needed. These are men's sizes and run big. You will not receive two shirts...this will substitute for the tshirt and thus has an additional cost.
